- Weapons and dangerous items: Request printing of firearm components, ammunition, weapons, explosive devices, or other items we reasonably deem unsafe or unlawful, or that require licenses or registrations we do not hold.
- Intellectual property: Upload, transmit, or order production of content that infringes patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person, or that circumvents technical protection measures.
- Malware and attacks:Upload or introduce viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, corrupted files, or other harmful or malicious code; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; breach or bypass authentication or security measures; overload, flood, or crash our infrastructure; or interfere with other users' access.
- Abuse and fraud: Impersonate any person or entity; misrepresent your affiliation; use stolen payment methods or identities; submit false or misleading information; manipulate estimates or promotions; or engage in chargeback abuse.
- Harassment: Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse our staff, contractors, or other users through the website or related channels.
- Spam and automation: Send unsolicited commercial communications through our forms; scrape or harvest data from the website without permission; use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the website in a way that imposes unreasonable load or bypasses rate limits or human verification (such as CAPTCHA), except for standard search engine indexing as permitted by robots rules we publish.

3. Content standards for uploads
Files and instructions must be lawful, accurate, and suitable for the manufacturing process you select. You must not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing. We may refuse any job that we reasonably believe violates this policy or exposes us or others to unacceptable risk.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor, filter, analyze, or remove content, suspend or terminate access, block IP addresses, cancel orders, and cooperate with law enforcement when we believe it is necessary to protect safety, comply with law, enforce this policy or our Terms of Service, or maintain the integrity of the website.
