We are based in Ankeny, Iowa. Pickup is generally available Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm; the exact address and scheduling notes go out after you place an order so we are not leaving a doorstep on a public page.
Shipping is fine when pickup is not the best fit—say so in your message or on the quote flow.

- What you are trying to make or fix—and your timeline if it matters
- Whether you already have a file (STL, STEP, 3MF) or need design help first
- Order or quote reference if you are following up on something in progress
