Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about files, quotes, setup, and policies. Still stuck? Contact us.
- What file types do you accept?
- STL, STEP, and 3MF. If the file is especially large or needs a little extra attention, email us and we will quote it manually.
- What units should I design in?
- Millimeters, inches, or anything else is fine as long as the model is precise. Caliper-measured beats guessed every time.
- Is the online estimate final?
- No. The online estimate is a starting point, then we confirm the real quote by phone or email before we print anything. A phone number is especially helpful if you want the fastest confirmation by text.
- Do I need to add supports or prep the file first?
- No. We handle print setup, supports, and the printing side. You send the file, tell us the material and color, and we handle the rest.
- How long do you keep my files?
- Uploaded model files are deleted 30 days after upload. See the Terms and Privacy pages for the current draft policy.
- What if a print arrives broken or something goes wrong?
- Email us and we will work with you on a refund or a reprint if the part arrived broken. Our goal is to make sure you end up with the right result.
- Can you print soft TPU or unusual materials?
- Yes. We will attempt just about any material, even if we need to special-order it for the job. We may still flag very soft TPU or TPE as a best-effort print if the finish is likely to be rough.
